Easy Banana Pudding Pie

Ingredients

1 Keebler Graham Cracker Pie Crust

1 box of 3.4 ounces of instant vanilla pudding 

1 box of 3.4 ounces of instant banana pudding

3 ripe bananas sliced

2 cups of half-and-half

8 ounces cool whip topping thawed

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Optional: Garnish with Whip Cream, Bananas, and Vanilla Wafers

Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the banana pudding, vanilla pudding, and half-and-half and beat with an electric mixer (or a stand mixer with the whisk attachment) for 2 minutes. (you can also use a hand whisk)
  2. Then add in the cool whip topping and vanilla extract and gently stir until fully mixed in. 
  3. Fold the sliced bananas into the mixture (filling) 
  4. Pour the filling onto the graham cracker pie crust.
  5. Place the pie in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, or until firm and fully set.
  6. Garnish with fresh whipped cream, sliced banana and Nilla wafers if desired.
